The unit is really good, everything is working really good so far. The only thing is I wish the dispensing unit for the water, cubes and crushed ice would be lite up so you can see which is which at night. Other than that everything is fine.

This fridge came as a replacement to another French door fridge. It has the same properties as the previous model although a different brand. I was sad when I had to buy a new one and didn™™t look forward to getting it, except that I needed a COOL refrigerator. This model has square fruit/vege drawers that hold heads of cauliflower and cabbage and bags of apples better than the angled drawers of the other fridge. The ice maker is easier to handle, the water dispenser can handle taller cups, and the racks in the door can house most of the condiments. I hope that this brand will outlive the previous ones.

We love our new Frigidaire fridge. It's big with lots of space and has great lighting. It would be a bit nicer if the water dispensed was cold, but it's no biggy. We are very happy with it. We have and like white appliances and this was one of the few white ones we found.

It's great so far quiet running and roomy. Ice maker is quick to make and dispense ice.My only complaint is the water dispenser is very noisy. There is a loud banging noise like the door inside is closing. This is my second Frigidaire I love the brand and model and never had the loud banging.I will call the warranty department. Hopefully quick and easy resolution.Can you provide a number I can all.Thank you!

We've only had the refrigerator for a week. I really like the convenience of have 3 doors. The freezer is roomy enough that I can actually keep enough frozen food that I don't have to access our large freezer on a daily basis. Also, thankful the refrigerator was available in white so I didn't have to special order.

Our 25yr old fridge died and we had to get a new one to match our other white appliances and fit into a tight space. This one gives us much more space inside and has quality feel to the drawers and shelves. Love that the side shelves are easily removable- I have all the hamburger condiments in one and we just remove it and sit it on the counter for use. Also has small shelf at the bottom that I store butter and cream cheese in. Runs quiet.

Love this model, handy water, crushed and cubed ice on door.Only one drawback is the extra shelf in the freezer comes off the track way too easy and takes some effort to get it back on so you can shut the door.

Received our new refrigerator yesterday 8/12/2024. This unit was delivered in perfect condition, not a scratch or a dent anywhere. We bought from the Frigidaire website and had them deliver and install, which went very well. This was our second shot at trying to get this unit. First ordered from a big box electronics type store. Didn™™t go well. When they finally did deliver the unit it had been delivered to someone else who must have refused it due to all the damage. (Unit wasn™™t in a box and had styrofoam taped to it.) None of that with this unit from Frigidaire. Received in manufacturers box and wrapped in plastic. New unit is in place and looks great. Interior has lots of room. The freezer is big and holds a lot of stuff. Others have complained about the ice maker not putting out enough ice. We haven™™t had a problem with the ice maker.This unit replaces a 18 year old side by side Frigidaire that we had not had any problems with until it started to leak water from the inlet valve a couple months ago.. We are hoping to get as much trouble free service out of this unit as the old one!!

Liked the features of this unit on store floor.Until it got delivered. Protective film was ridiculous and way overdone. Without anything in unit it cools ok. Now add groceries and see what happens. Won™™t freeze or freezes partially Fridge varies in temperature. Ice maker only makes 8 cubes a day.Yes I read the book, yes I troubleshooted issues. Highly highly discouraged given the price paid.

We mostly love our new Frigidaire. It's roomy, with lots of configurable shelf space. And the icemaker doesn't take up all that much room.But - little annoying things:The icemaker doesn't make much ice, and water comes out at a trickle. We're going to have a plumber check the water line to the refrigerator to make sure that's not the problem.The small Frigidaire logo plate was glued on a little crooked. Just enough to notice and be annoying.

We've had the new refrigerator only a few weeks, so particular insights into like and dislikes. One minor dislike: the command panel does not light up. My wife and I would like it better if the "water, cube, and crushed ice" words were lit up so we did not have to squint every time to find the right function. Otherwise, for the present we are satisfied.

This 27.8 ft Frigidaire was a pleasant surprise. It's the exact same size of the LG we replaced. The interior layout is large and has much more usable space than the LG. The ice maker is about 2.5 times larger than the LG, really no need for the 2nd ice maker and you don't loose space. It's also quiet. I'm very impressed!!

Purchased new on May 20, 2024. Went away the day after delivery for a vacation. Came back a week later and very little ice had been made. Contacted seller, Carmona's Appliance, and service call could not be made until June 6. Service tech suggested order new ice maker, which was installed on July 19. We allowed it to work at making ice from noon on Friday until 8am on Monday. Very little. Test began at 8am Monday until 8am Tuesday...produced 0.72# of ice in 24 hours. Called Carmona's again today, waiting for call back. I'm very unhappy with the dismal ice maker after paying nearly 2K for a new refrigerator.
