We purchased this cooler it doesn™™t cool below 65 degrees. Contacted Lowe™™s where we purchased they sent us to Fridgidaire. When you call them you can™™t understand the person. When we finally understood her to say email receipt and compressor number to them I sent twice in the last six months and have not heard from anyone. Both Lowe™™s and Frigidaire are leaving us out with a defective cooler and don™™t care that we threw $300 away on a cooler that doesn™™t work! They don™™t contact you to rectify the defective item.

We don't drink, so I have checked into other things that I can use it for!! I am putting my juice and pop in it. Also I get migraines, so on occasion I have to drink an energy drink and this is a perfect place to keep them, so everyone in our house don't drink them all!!

We've owned this 24-bottle wine cooler for a little over a month and all is well. It keeps the wine at the set temperature, is very quiet (well insulated so the motor doesn't have to constantly run), and is attractive enough to be placed in our formal dining area. One drawback. The top rack allows for 5 bottles, however, the middle bottle blocks the light. If you want to utilize the light to its fullest the cooler would only hold 23 bottles. All-in-all, so far very satisfied.

Bought 3 days ago, Feb 6 2022. Put some expensive wine in it and set it to 55F. I have a portable digital thermometer that records the low and the high temp. I reset that portable thermometer properly and put it in the fridge. The low recorded was 45F, and the high recorded was 59F. Repeated that same test, same result. So a 14F hysteresis. A good hysteresis for expensive wine should be no more than 2F (so with a setting of 55F, it should not go lower than 54F, and no higher than 56F). Terrible control, and this is exactly what you would want to do to ruin your wine. I called the support line. The rep has no idea what the fridge is even capable of doing in terms of performance. Doesn't know what a thermostat is. No way to explain it to him. My only recourse is to get my money back, and that's what I will do. Terrible product, not useful support, possibly ruined wine, but hey at least I have a boatload of frustration with the experience. This fridge doesn't get cold enough for food and will ruin your wine. Proceed with caution.

Nicely sized compact cooler that is attractively styled. Holds up to 24 bottles depending on size or type of wine bottle. The top rack is limited to narrower body Bordeaux-type bottles with straight/unflared shoulders. Cooling is consistent and compressor is silent.

It took awhile to find the right cooler for the space I had that held plenty of bottles. This 24 bottle one is quite perfect(my syrah bottles need to be next to smaller ones to fit but they do)

The temperature isn™™t right on but with the use of a thermometer you can figure it out. The compressor kicks in a lot but not noisy. Overall a good wine fridge.

The cooler I have now is a replacement for one where temp varied eight degrees throughout the day. I returned the last. This replacement seems to be doing the same. I balanced unit as instructed, careful not to tip over getting home, only open door ever other day. Im thinking it™™s a design flaw. Great price though. May be returning this one too.

The wine fridge, or in my case the Cheese Cave, holds it temperature in a very acceptable range. I have bought a temp/humidity display for the inside and the unit holds the temp well within the range it™™s set for ideal cheese aging. I™™m sure it would deliver the same great results for wine. It is a very attractive unit that does not look out of place at all in my dining room in fact it adds to its surroundings. I would recommend it.

The wine cooler is very quiet and stylish. I wish the design was better to hold larger bottles. It is built for entry level wine bottles that are small and narrow so it doesn't truly have a 24-bottle capacity. I had to remove a rack and stack my bottles, which now makes it only capable of barely fitting 14 with the hope they don't fall when I grab one.

It was easy to unbox and set up. It got to thebset temperature quickly and has kept my wine well. Thicker bottom bottles, like most chardonnay, fit in a little tight. But they do fit. Overall I am very happy with the product.
