I've had this microwave for about a month and am really happy with it so far. The inside is huge and there are several buttons that allow you to do a lot. For example there is a veggie button where you can choose between thawed and frozen veggies; the frozen veggies come out perfectly defrosted and heated without looking wilted or over heated. Really happy with the purchase so far.

This Microwave was replacing my 22 year old Whirlpool Microwave in an updated look of stainless steel. I had read the reviews about this microwave, and many mentioned the beeping at the end of the cycle. It certainly DOES beep if you don't go right away and take the food out. I wish you could turn this off after the first beep, but my husband says it keeps me from leaving my coffee in the microwave all day and forgetting about it!Other than this little annoyance, I am very satisfied with my new microwave and have been using it for 2.5 months, it is the most used appliance in the house! The buttons are easy to see and use, the "button to open" works well, and the interior is nice and large.

The microwave is great, however the trim kit is unavailable anywhere. I called Frigidaire and all they did was tell me I have to buy it from a retailer. But no retailers I've found yet have it and they don't know when or if they will have one. So I still have a hole in my wall.

We moved into a new house with Frigidaire appliances and I didn't think I'd pay attention to the new microwave because, let's face it, they aren't very exciting. I had the drop down version, 3x the price of this one and lasted only 1 year. This is a much more affordable built in version. Only had it for 3 months and so far so good. Hope it lasts longer than a year.

Second replacement for Frigidaire microwaves that failed after two years. A few minor improvements (LED light, quieter fan) but the same basic look and specifications. I just hope this one last beyond the 24 month threshold of the prior Frigidaire models. Their extended warranty is ridiculously expensive (net of about ~$150/year after included 12 months.) So this is make or break time. Maybe third time will be the 'charm'.

For the price of this microwave we were disappointed to find out after purchase that it does not come with a trim kit. Frigidaire was unable to help us and could not return the product. Forced to go to aftermarket product for hundreds of dollars. Buyer beware.

Unit was purchased to replace an existing Frigidaire Gallery series that lasted 6 years. New unit was the replacement model, looks good, fit with the existing trim kit. LED light is nice, control panel is good. Operation is quiet. Only concern is the push button to open the door seems a bit flimsy, hope it holds up. Overall, pleased with the unit so far

I love the look of the microwave and it's easy to use. However, after 1 month it stopped working (would only go for 2-3 seconds and no heating). After waiting 2 weeks a techician came and repaired it - which was great. Hopefully it won't fail again.

I looked at a few built in microwaves before I landed on this one. Mostly because it's about $200 less than other built in microwaves. Imagine my surprise when it gets here and it's not a built in microwave!It doesn't come with anything to be a built in microwave. That costs extra...about $250! Seriously? $250 for a stainless bezel and an air diverter for underneath it... That's nuts!
