Everything about this fridge just feels and looks great! I™€™m very happy with it, except for two very big things, and would have given it 5 stars, if not for these. First, it runs CONSTANTLY! The quick reference guide says that this is perfectly normal. I just don™€™t like hearing it all the time. Second, after only having it for a few weeks, I have had the trap door for the door ice dispenser get stuck open. Ice in the chute to the door dispenser was melting, and leaking down the front of the fridge. I will definitely be cautious from now on, making sure that this doesn™€™t happen again!

Live the new fridge but beware it's not truly a counter depth refrigerator because the doors need clearance to open, they are not double hinged, almost 4 inches. So the refrigerator sticks out way past the counter, even though there's a good 4 inches behind the refrigerator that could be utilized, except for the fact that you can't open the doors if you push it all the way back.

This was our second Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator - the first was still going strong after 17 years! We only replaced it because my wife wanted a French Door style. We essentially bought the refrigerator sight unseen - no one had this model in stock nearby. Very happy, however with the look, features and especially added size. While it sticks out farther than the previous Frigidaire, the added room in the doors is well worth it. I only gave it 4 out of 5 since it's brand new and we don't yet know what we don't know :-) One note of caution for those with tight spacing. The installation diagram shows the doors remaining flush with the sides of the refrigerator when the doors are open. This was the case with the our previous model, but not the case with this one. Even at 90 degrees the edge of the door rotates past the side of the fridge by probably an inch and a half. In our case we had to pull it out slightly to provide clearance from oven door handle on right side.

Awful product combined with awful customer service! We purchased this in 2022, it has been full of problems none of which seem to be covered under warranty! After three years of our freezer just dying whenever it wanted we finally cut our losses and moved on- 0/10 would recommend this product. At one point customer service suggested "if only we purchased the extended warranty" my reply was "if only you made a reliable product that lasted beyond an 18 month life span!"

Dangerous Product and Terrible Customer Support

I™€™ve only owned this refrigerator (model PRMC2285AF) for three years, and it™€™s already been one of the worst appliance experiences I™€™ve ever had.First, the ice maker stopped working while it was still under warranty. A technician came to replace the part, but it never worked again after that.Then, one of the glass shelves suddenly exploded overnight while the refrigerator door was closed and with nothing heavy on it. It shattered into thousands of tiny glass pieces all over the food. I have young children in my home, and this could have caused a serious injury.When I contacted the company, they said there™€™s no recall and that my refrigerator is out of warranty, then tried to sell me the replacement part instead of addressing what is clearly a safety hazard.For a $3,000 appliance, this level of poor quality and customer service is completely unacceptable. I will never purchase from this brand again and will be reporting this incident to the Consumer Product Safety Commission so others are aware of the risk.

This fridge may only be 21 cu. ft., but it is designed to store at max capacity! I have a family of four, two consisting of teenage boys, and this fridge has ample space for all of the things! I'm particularly impressed with how fresh it keep produce.

New Frigidaire Prifesdional Fridge

The fridge looks great and it works very well. We really like the middle drawer that can be used as a freezer or as a fridge space storage for other for other items such as meats, cheeses etc. The space inside both inside the fridge and freezer allows us to store more items than our old GE Profile side-by-side fridge. The inside lighting is good. We really love the type shape of the ice cubes compared to the old half moon shaped cubes. The temperature is very consistent and keeps everything crisp and cold. We also like that it has two ice makers. The dispenser on the door is great too.
