We love the look, size, quiet operation, and the sleek outside appearance of the professional model.The LED lights are bright and fade in when the door is opened. The ice dispenser lights up when you place a glass under it. Ice cubes are perfect size pyrimid shaped.

Initially was reluctant to purchase a Frigidaire refrigerator, poor reviews in the past. But we™€™ve had this now for six months and so far I™€™m a believer. Ice-maker is large, through the door and makes ice quickly. Unfortunately, the water is room temperature. I™€™ve had eight water dispensing refrigerators in the past. I™€™ve never seen one that doesn™€™t dispense chilled water. Wasn™€™t a pleasant surprise. The shelves in the fridge and freezer don™€™t have very many adjustments, you™€™re kind of stuck with what comes from the factory. The good news is that so far it seems to work very well for us. Overall, the bins and drawers are very low quality, we expect to have them break overtime. You have to be very careful to close the fridge door with the handle don™€™t grab the bin to pull the door shut as it flexes quite a bit and one of these days it™€™s just gonna snap. Spend a few more bucks on the bins Frigidaire. My wife complains that the unit is pretty noisy, for sure the icemaker is, but I think overall it™€™s fairly normal. I seen quite a few complaints about noise from this model, but I don™€™t think it™€™s a big deal.

arrived with a small dent on upper side panel on freezer side but not very visible if not inspecting for it. However, there are no signs it has not affected the performance of the refrigerator. We have only had it for about two weeks, and it is performing very well with an abundance of room on the inside for plenty of storage. We only purchase Frigidaire kitchen appliances for over 20 years now, and so far, this is the most impressive refrigerator to date. looking forward to you guys getting the matching Professional series stove back in stock so that we can match the pair. please advise us on your site when it will arrive. we will check from time to time.

So far the side by side fridge/freezer has been great, with thr exception that my kids dropped a pickle jar on one of thr plastic door shelves, I need to call and find a replacement from fridgidaire since the website parts section doesn't recognize the model number . Fridge has more storage space than it seems when first opening it. Very cold, needed to turn up the temperature a bit twice. Only minor complaint is that the water/ice dispenser is a little shallow and the ice has a habit of jumping onto the floor upon dispensing. It's best to push the cup as far upward as possible underneath the dispenser, but in doing so, you have to use your hand to activate the mechanism. Still an outstanding fridge, looks stylish and professional.

Or the GE Cafe that lasted 6 years.Pros:Great fridge size, deeper shelves than any counter-depth fridge we've had Good size vegetable drawersFridge stays cold without creeping up 5-10 degrees like our previous refrigeratorsCons (mostly minor):Top shelf, left side near vent, is ridiculously cold, ranges from 24-32 degrees - the so-called "even-temp" feature is a jokeFreezer space is limited.Poor lightingNeeds 2" gap behind fridge, which is pretty common, but makes box stick out an inch beyond countersWould be nice if the ice bin was clear so you could see how much (or little) ice was there.

My not so old LG fridge went dead. I quickly moved the food from the freezer to a neighbor's home and kept the food/drinks from the refrigerator side on a cooler. Since I'm in a condo my options were limited. I spent several hours going up and down the aisles measuring doors, etc. I finally decided on the Frigidaire, side by side, stainless steel. I had to take a 22 cu/ft one instead of the 25, for it to fit in the space between the cabinets. It looks great, easy to set my options, lots of ICE, drawers everywhere to store food and flexibility to store large milk/soda/juice containers. I am very happy with my choice!

This is a sleek fridge that fits our space perfectly. We really appreciate the clean, simple exterior, and especially the handles. It is quiet after the initial setup, and cools quickly. Probably the best feature is that it is exceptionally easy to clean. All of the shelves and drawers are easy to remove and provide access, unlike our previous fridge.

We selected this relatively new Frigidaire model after a lot of research. We've only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far it matches our expectations. One thing that stands out is that it's more energy efficient than almost all refrigerators we looked at. We like the small sized ice cubes. After adjusting the doors to matching height, there are no other issues.

I really like my new fridge, I also liked my old fridge (also a Frigidaire) and hated to see it go. I like more drawers in the freezer, I like all 3 drawers in the bottom of the fridge, I like that the ice maker takes up less space-that spot is perfect for ice cream! The fridge is unfortunately freezing items on the top shelf-but I don™€™t want to turn it down for the sake of the rest of the fridge, so that™€™s a frustration. I love that it is not as deep as my old fridge, that extra few inches makes a surprising difference. Also love that it matches the other appliances.

My 13 year old refrigerator stopped freezing and I had to buy a new one. A repairman said to buy a Frigidaire or another brand. I found the Frigidaire and the vendor could deliver in 3 days. I like my new Frigidaire but there were other thing items I would have preferred, like a bottle rack and more shelves. I do like the space between one shelf that is tall enough for most containers. If I open my freezer door and close it, it is very difficult to open the refrigerator door.

I purchased this refrigerator March 2024. Not even a month later it™€™s freezing all my food on the top shelf on the refrigerator. Liquid solids everything. I tried adjusting the temperature does nothing I just got rid of a whirlpool side by side doing the same thing.

My 20-year-old Frigidaire Gallery side-by-side refrigerator puts this new ™€œPROFESSIONAL™€ side-by-side to shame! This new fridge contains lots of plastic parts. The shelf and draw trim are painted plastic and some trim peeled when removing the packing tape. The freezer draws are plastic, before I had wire-coated baskets. The flat shelves don™€™t slide out as before and are difficult to remove and reposition. The ice maker makes small ice chunks instead of anything resembling an ice cube. I lost space on the freezer side going with counter depth and I swear the outer stainless steel is thinner. One door looks like it has a palm indentation, and the doors are way off. The freezer door is hitting when trying to close it. I™€™m disappointed but will have to live with this expensive mistake (after Frigidaire corrects all of my problems). I™€™m shocked at how the refrigerator quality has gone significantly downhill. This quality may be comparable to other manufacturers but I expected more from Frigidaire Professional, especially for the price! I hope the mechanical quality is on par with my previous Gallery fridge. Can you say, an extended warranty is required? And, please don't give me that canned Frigidaire response.

Love the look of this fridge and the compartment spacing etc. The only thing I found to be an issue is with the water dispenser/ice machine. It™€™s splashes every time even if I put a cup right up to it and always have to wipe after I™€™m done pouring water. just a slight inconvenience an inconvenience nonetheless.

Brightens up my kitchen!

We used to have a black fridge and I love the stainless of this one. This is also my first major appliance purchase and couldn't be happier! It was well wrapped to ensure no scratches before arrival.

Pro SxS a counter depth refrigerater

So far we are very happy with this product. The shelves are deep for a counter depth. It runs very quietly. Like medium size square like ice cubes. Crushed ice feature works well and great water filter. The doors are not even but Frigidaire service is coming out to adjust them.
